Terms & Conditions of Packages and Discouts

1. All packages/discounts published are at the discretion of Quirky and we reserve the right to alter/remove discouts without prior notice. Packages/discounts will however be valid whilst publised here and will only become void when they are altered/removed.

2. Package prices are subject to completed brief specification by client and if this is outside the package price we will notify you of any additional costs before contract commencement.

3. Unlimited uploads apply to data being supplied to Quirky in relevant format and will only be applied in this instance. Should you data need product identification there will be extra charges which we will notify you of before any agreement is made.

4. Each discount is offered as stated but only one discout will apply per client per site. Discounts may not be used from more than one category at any time. For example, you may not use the Quirky DMD discount with Quirky 1st/Quirky Plus/Quirky Location. If you order more than one site from us the 25% discount will apply to each subsequent site for as long as the discount is applicable.

5. Packages are only available to the SME SOHO businesses and corporate clients should apply directly to Quirky for bespoke pricing.

6. Failure to make timely payments for our services will result in discouts being null an void and we reserve the right to claw back the full cost of any discounts offered if you do not make agreed payments when they become due.
